Join us at the historic YWAM Lausanne base for this momentous 50 year celebration. Like all other locations Loren and Darlene will be with us for the whole event, but one major difference is the location; you are invited to join us at the very first YWAM training center to celebrate 50 years of YWAM from September 26-28th. We would love to have you here to experience the faithfulness of God throughout Europe and the other nations of the world.

We will kick off the event Sunday night with a good meal together and then hear the opening message from Loren and Darlene. There will be a memory room where everyone is invited to bring historical pieces (pictures, physical items, audio and videos) to help all of us remember God’s great faithfulness over the last 50 years.

This will be a family style event where we will house as many people as possible on our property (dorm style). There is no registration fee or charge for accommodation if you stay at the base, but we will take an offering to help cover the costs. Registration is easy; just send us an email with a few details and you’re set. But do it fast since accommodation at the base is filling up quickly. This is a once in a lifetime celebration that you won’t want to miss!

This September there will be lots of celebration at Restenäs: YWAM's 50th and Restenäs 30th anniversary.

Celebrate 50 is a gathering for all the YWAM family, past and present, as we join with YWAM founders Loren and Darlene Cunningham in this historic event. The Cunninghams, together with other key leaders will impart from their journey of obedience, recount the history of 50 years and call us into the future.

Celebrate 30 (Sep 25) an all-day event celebrating 30 years of YWAM Restenäs together with alumni and friends. Both events will be combined with the Northern European Staff Conference which begins the evening of the 21st and ends the morning of the 26th.

Nations and generations are coming together to honor God for the way He has led us these years. We are anticipating amazing times of worship, hearing from the Lord, telling stories, looking into the future, re-connecting with friends, loads of fun and tasty BBQs etc.

The YWAM 50th Celebration is a gathering for all the YWAM family, past and present, as we join with YWAM founders Loren and Darlene Cunningham in this historic event. The Cunninghams, together with other key leaders will share from their journey of obedience, recount the history of 50 years and impart fresh vision and anointing for the future.

The 11 candles were slowly lighting up the stage in the crowded hotel room as children came forward representing the nations of Spain and Portugal, as well as those of North Africa, gathering in front of a crowd of more than 200 YWAMers plus 100 guests in Torremolinos.  It was Thursday afternoon and the diversity of the nations represented was starting to show, as a 6-year-old danced her flamenco heart out to chords of a Spanish guitar while the crowd roared out the “oles” and the “guapa’s!” so typical of Spain.

Nations and generations are coming together to honor God for the way He has led us these years. North Africa, Spain and Portugal are hosting a joint event. We are anticipating amazing times of worship, hearing from the Lord, telling stories, envisioning for the future, reconnecting with friends and loads of fun.

Please be sure to register as soon as possible. The reserved accommodations at the hotel for the 50th are limited and will be allocated on a “first-come-first-served” basis.

YES, the flame goes forward to Eastern Europe! This is YWAM’s 50 year anniversary and we are excited to celebrate with Loren & Darlene Cunningham and other international leaders. God has been so faithful and gracious to YWAM throughout the years and we know that the best is yet to come.

We are thrilled to celebrate as YWAM in Eastern Europe and have much to thank God for over the years. We now have mission works going on in each Eastern Europe nation and have a new goal to see every 4K Omega Zone in our region have an ongoing Christian work. For this to happen, we need to light the flame of many more young people to take the Gospel throughout our region and to the nations!

These three days of 'family reunion' are about Jesus! Come join us for this wonderful time as we celebrate the PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE of what Jesus is doing in YWAM and Eastern Europe and let’s keep the flame going forward together!
